Orders are packed in our studio within 2–3 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and free from marks. Contact hello@sterlingarc.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Care

Store silver pieces dry in their pouch, remove them before swimming or applying perfume, and polish gently with a soft cloth. We offer repair guidance for pieces that need a little more attention.
